Usage overages

Overage charges are based on confirmed usage.

Account standing
Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
Service usage
If GitRoots has already synchronized or provisioned production mappings, we may issue a partial refund based on time remaining.
One-time requests
Custom services, onboarding, or setup fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
How to request a refund

Send your request with the org name, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
2) Review
2-3 business days
We review usage and account status to confirm eligibility.
3) Decision
Email confirmation
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
