Account
Org-based access
You are responsible for user access and connected GitHub credentials.
Billing
Subscription
Charges are billed in advance for the selected plan cycle.
Availability
Best effort
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Acceptable use
Security
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, audit logs, or visibility overlays.
Integrity
You are responsible for the accuracy of provisioning requests and sync approvals.
Compliance
Use GitRoots in compliance with applicable laws and your own internal policies.
Abuse
We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or malicious activity.
Billing & cancellation

Effective immediately
Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect on the next cycle.
Cancellation
Self-serve
Cancel anytime to stop renewals at the end of the billing period.
